Customers can cancel their order for a full refund, if they contact us within 24 hours of the purchase (ex. if order was placed at 9:15pm on Monday, you must cancel by 9:15pm on Tuesday).
Customers must notify us no later than 3 days after their item is delivered to request a refund or exchange. Customers have 7 days (from the original date of delivery) to place the item(s) in the mail for return, otherwise the refund or exchange will not be granted. Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
For custom orders, adjustments will be made to ensure fit (ex. alterations) but a full refund will not be issued. In most cases however, we will issue a store credit. Certain exceptions may apply (with regards to refunding) in which we would be happy to discuss depending on the situation. Feel free to contact us to further discuss this policy.
If there are any damages/stains a small fee will be deducted/charged OR the full refund will not be granted if requesting a refund. The item will be returned and must be allowed 24 hours for inspection of the item (ex: tears, stains, missing buttons, broken zipper, etc..) Once inspection is complete, a full refund will be issued within 24 hours.
We provide free repairs for the first 24 months after your purchase. This means any reasonable adjustments or minor, necessary repairs can occur free of charge. Detailed information can be found under ‘Repair Warranty’ in the tool bar.
